- Two teachers work cooperatively with up to fifteen students per grade. A Student Assistant and Volunteers further enrich the staff/child ratio at each grade level.

While there is no set curriculum, the academic portion of each day includes lessons in reading, math, science, and social studies.

- Local field trips, classroom visitors, community meals, and assemblies presented by each grade enrich the environment and enhance children's learning.
- Swimming instruction is offered daily for each grade; tennis instruction is offered for grades 6-8.
