How can I enroll my child in Horizons for the first time?
- Request a Teacher Evaluation Form for your child's teacher to complete and return to Horizons.
- Review the Admission Requirements document to be sure you qualify.
- Complete and return a Student Registration Form as soon as possible.
- You will be notified about placement in the program.

Do I need to register each year if my child has been in Horizons before?
Yes, annual registration is required. A registration packet will be sent early in 2009, or you may register online by completing the Student Registration Form. If your child is continuing Horizons without interruption, a teacher evaluation form is not needed.

If my child is already a Horizons student, how do I register a younger brother or sister?
Children in the same family are given preference in the program. The fee for a second child from the same family is $10 additional. Follow steps listed above for enrolling a child for the first time.
